Ben

Ben started deTASO out of a desire to offer something better for his wife an Occupational Therapist back in 2014. Since then his passion has been helping businesses hold their staff more accountable and operate more efficiently. Ben loves to read and research industry changes for our clients. He works hard to stay ahead of the industry so deTASO is always ready to meet your needs.

Ben and his wife Tamara are the parents of three children and have opened their home to adopt a 4th child. Ben and Tamara love cycling and serving at their local church.

David

David is the co-founder of deTASO. He is motivated by providing cost-effective solutions to help organizations run smoothly and to stay ahead of the competition. He has many years of experience within this field including business management, project planning, marketing and sales.

Outside of work, David and his wife Krista are the parents of three children. They love to travel and enjoy watching all their kids activities.

Michael

Michael started at deTASO in 2015 with Ben Watson’s vision to serve people with character and integrity. He is passionate about taking care of people to the highest standard! Michael leads our Customer Success team in Implementation, Training, and Support. Michael enjoys building relationships with our clients, so much so that it feels like family after the implementation process.

Michael and his wife Heather love serving at their local church and leading a Life Group at their house. Michael is also an early bird that loves exercise, golf, and soccer.

Lou

Lou joined the deTASO team in 2017 as part of the customer success team to assist with product implementation & training, process development, and ongoing customer support. As deTASO grew the need for feature development and testing increased. Lou assumed that role out necessity, but recently has transitioned into it full-time. As the Director of Quality, he is responsible for making sure that the deTASO product you see is one you'll enjoy using.

Lou and his wife Anne have 1 daughter and love serving together in their church and community. Lou enjoys running, golf, and being outside as much as possible with his family.

Casey

Joining the deTASO team in July 2019, Casey brought a desire to help people and a passion for making people’s lives easier. Casey sees the importance of the industry moving from paper-based to a more organized and efficient software-centered solution. Casey enjoys building real and lasting relationships with clients and prospective clients formed around trust and loyalty.

Casey enjoys being active in the outdoors and competing in rodeos. He and his wife Lana have two children. They enjoy spending time on their family farm.

Jenny

Jenny received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration in 2016 from Arkansas Tech University. After graduating, she moved to Conway where she began to search for a career that would allow her to use her skillset but also help bring purpose to others. She was immediately drawn to the staff at deTASO and their passion for the pediatric therapy industry, so she jumped on the team in 2017. As the Supervisor of Software Development, Jenny is responsible for overseeing software changes and improvements for the deTASO product to ensure it meets the needs of each client.

Nathaniel

One of Nathaniel’s greatest passions is leveraging the beauty of technology to solve real-world problems, and he cares deeply about impacting customers on a personal level. Having worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from startup to Fortune 500, Nathaniel is loving being part of a team and company that changes lives on a daily basis.

He and his wife Katie have three children under the age of five and enjoy sleep whenever they can get it.

Lori

Lori joined the deTASO Team in March of 2021 with a vision and determination to share deTASO with businesses and providers outside of Arkansas’ borders.

With an extensive background in sales, leadership, and training, Lori has a genuine desire to serve others and impact lives. With this desire, combined with her passion for and confidence in the deTASO solution, she confidently navigates to expand deTASO’s impact on a national level. Lori’s sincere desire to serve companies and impact lives through a software solution that offers tremendous efficiency, accountability and allows providers the ability to spend more time serving their patients. While deTASO’s applications serve all populations and diverse needs, Lori possesses tremendous pride in deTASO’s impact on the pediatric therapy world and, ultimately, its effects on children’s lives. She is grateful to serve in an industry that serves the needs of children and adults alike.

Lori and her husband, Daniel, have two children, Rowan and Brett, with who they absolutely love doing life with. As a family, they enjoy traveling together, visiting Disney, and just spending time together.
