Customer Success Manager

Devin is passionate and detail-oriented about what matters to the agencies we serve. A Customer Success Manager for over three years, he originally began as a specialist in the waiver application and worked hard to help make it user-friendly and industry-accurate. He now shares training, testing, and customer support responsibilities with the rest of the CS team, with his most specific focus being the ABA product.

Devin is very involved in his local church. Outside of work, you may find him exercising at the gym, making original music, or getting a coffee with good friends.
