Customer Success Manager

Devin is passionate about serving agencies with kindness and attention to detail. He has spent more than three years as a Customer Success Manager, beginning his career as a waiver application specialist, where he helped shape a more intuitive, industry-accurate product. Today, he works alongside the CS team providing training, testing, and customer support, with a special focus on the ABA product.

Recently married, Devin is savoring this new season with his wife and their three cats. Throughout the week, you might find him at their local church, getting some exercise at the gym, or enjoying a good coffee with good friends.
