We’ve been working hard to make detaso even more efficient for your team. From improved billing transparency to more robust classroom tools, here are the updates included in Cycle 3:

• Made improvements to Therapy Net Minutes Report so that it includes all therapy disciplines
• Made improvements to Director’s Company Wide Hours Report 
• Changed “Non-Medicaid Tx Rx” button to “Standard Rx” button on the Treat tab for all patient types
• Made improvements to “PA Custom” function to resolve an issue where discipline selection was unavailable
• Made improvements to the Demographic Services Report
• Made improvements to the Payroll By Site Report (Therapist Payroll) 
• Made improvements to the manual “Post Payments” screen. Two new columns now exist: Claim ID and Rendering Provider.
• Made improvements to ABA report “Print Applied Behavior Treatment Plan – All Objectives” to correct the percentage calculation for Current Progress
• Made improvements to Classroom Check-Out “Other” Type function so that it shows the correct Check-In time estimate
• Made improvements to Patients with Private Pay Balances report
• Made improvements to Treat and ABA tabs to resolve an issue where users could become stuck after selecting “Cancel”
• Added an “ROS ADDT” button to audit reports (which returns the “Individual Attendance by Client” report)
• Made improvements to EIDT Meal Count Monthly reports to include community slot

The 2026 Cycle 2 update is now live, bringing targeted fixes and performance improvements to your detaso experience.

• Fixed DSP Payroll Hours Summary report has been corrected to display total hours when accessed by all staff members accurately.
• The Medicaid Types Summary Report has been updated to properly reflect the correct dates from the Medicaid/PASSE tab.
• The error in the 'Missing Pay Schedule' report has been resolved, and the payer name now displays correctly instead of just the ID.
• The 'Private Pay Therapy Invoice' report, which can be accessed from the right-click menu under Patient Management, has been updated to include all charge types, not just therapy.
• The EIDT face sheet has been fixed to avoid incorrectly rounding up medication dosages.
• The DMS641 reports have been corrected so that the PCP name now appears in the "First Name Last Name" format.
• The Empower report has been updated to increase the units from 144 to 208, in accordance with the latest memo from Empower.
• A new column for "Treat Type" has been added to the ABA Service Recap report to indicate the treatment type used on the record, rather than just the billing code.

• Minor adjustments to the 'Meal Funding Type Summary Report (Detailed by Name CACFP)' so the data more closely matches the 'Meal Count Summary by Age' report.
• Recalibrated the 'Meal Count Monthly Report' to run more quickly (some clients noticed it was taking upwards of 30 min to run).
• Edited the therapist dashboard (desktop) so that records where a PA is due do not fall off after 30 or 45 days and instead stay on the dashboard until they are replaced.
• Created EIDT and ADDT 'enrollment recap' reports that show the number of clients receiving services over a date range.

  • ADDT path - Reports > Adult Reports > Attendance Reports > Enrollment Recap.
• Expanded the LEA code field on the Sites table to allow five digits instead of just four.
• Added the ability for OBH users to edit the billing code on a record during a check-in event.
• Modified the Empower 144 PA Units Report so it correctly calculates when there are multiple therapy notes for the same client on the same date.
• Improved the accuracy of total staff time calculation on the Home Care Supervision page.
