2026 Cycle 1
On the evening of Friday, January 30th, we published Update Cycle #1 for 2026. The following items were included in the update. - Minor adjustments to the 'Meal Funding Type Summary Report (Detailed by Name CACFP)' so the data more closely matches the 'Meal Count Summary by Age' report.
- Recalibrated the 'Meal Count Monthly Report' to run more quickly (some clients noticed it was taking upwards of 30 min to run).
- Edited the therapist dashboard (desktop) so that records where a PA is due do not fall off after 30 or 45 days and instead stay on the dashboard until they are replaced.
- Created EIDT and ADDT 'enrollment recap' reports that show the number of clients receiving services over a date range.
- EIDT path - Reports > Preschool Reports > Enrollment Management Reports > Preschool Enrollment Recap.
- ADDT path - Reports > Adult Reports > Attendance Reports > Enrollment Recap.
- Expanded the LEA code field on the Sites table to allow five digits instead of just four.
- Added the ability for OBH users to edit the billing code on a record during a check-in event.
- Modified the Empower 144 PA Units Report so it correctly calculates when there are multiple therapy notes for the same client on the same date.
- Improved the accuracy of total staff time calculation on the Home Care Supervision page.
