We’ve been working hard to make detaso even more efficient for your team. From enhanced reporting capabilities to streamlined workflow tracking, here are the updates included in this cycle:

• Added ABA BIP graph to show individual duration of behaviors.

• Added ABA report to show all mastered programs/SDs across treatment plans.

• Updated HomeCare Service Summary Report to allow for filtering by Funding Source.

• Added a HomeCare staff audit report to see 'audit' treatment notes by staff instead of by client.

• Added a 'billing note' to the HomeCare pull queue to add a free text note to the record.

• On the Homecare face-sheet, we have changed where the consent to treat date is pulling - it now pulls from 'consent to treat' on Additional Info tab in the patient profile.

• Enhanced the ‘Who Can Be Treated Today’ report to work with future PAs that were entered.

• Updated the EIDT face-sheet to show 'medication reviewed' field.

• Updated process for adding new insurance records so that they are automatically marked as ‘on hold’ for HR records.

We’ve been working hard to make deTASO even more efficient for your team. From expanded payroll functionality to streamlined insurance reporting, here are the updates included in Cycle 4:

• Resolved an issue where an erroneous pop-up would appear when running ABA treatment plan reports.

• Enhanced the IPP look-up form in the Adult program to include all non-EIDT sites.

• Streamlined insurance management by moving the Renew Insurance and Funding menu to the customer-facing portal. This is now accessible under Billing Management > Billing Reports > Insurance Reports.

• Expanded payroll functionality to allow "paperwork" codes to be designated to use the evaluation rate on the therapist Payroll tab, ensuring more accurate payroll report values.

• Resolved several minor technical errors and unhandled exception messages reported by our users to improve overall platform stability.

We’ve released a new update to improve reporting accuracy, resolve technical errors, and streamline billing and checkout workflows across the platform.

• Improved the Home Care billing system so that mileage records are held with a "partial lock" error if same-day records remain unsigned
• Added implementation date and supervisor name/title fields to the Annual PCSP Report footer to meet audit requirements
• Made improvements to the "Current Attendance by Classroom" report so that it shows accurate attendance numbers
• Resolved the error preventing the generation of the Therapy Attendance Report 
• Changed the Print Short Schedule report to correctly display the selected staff member’s name across all applications
• Made improvements to the Preschool Therapy Checkout form by resizing it for better visibility

• Made improvements to Therapy Net Minutes Report so that it includes all therapy disciplines
• Made improvements to Director’s Company Wide Hours Report 
• Changed “Non-Medicaid Tx Rx” button to “Standard Rx” button on the Treat tab for all patient types
• Made improvements to “PA Custom” function to resolve an issue where discipline selection was unavailable
• Made improvements to the Demographic Services Report
• Made improvements to the Payroll By Site Report (Therapist Payroll) 
• Made improvements to the manual “Post Payments” screen. Two new columns now exist: Claim ID and Rendering Provider.
• Made improvements to ABA report “Print Applied Behavior Treatment Plan – All Objectives” to correct the percentage calculation for Current Progress
• Made improvements to Classroom Check-Out “Other” Type function so that it shows the correct Check-In time estimate
• Made improvements to Patients with Private Pay Balances report
• Made improvements to Treat and ABA tabs to resolve an issue where users could become stuck after selecting “Cancel”
• Added an “ROS ADDT” button to audit reports (which returns the “Individual Attendance by Client” report)
• Made improvements to EIDT Meal Count Monthly reports to include community slot

The 2026 Cycle 2 update is now live, bringing targeted fixes and performance improvements to your detaso experience.

• Fixed DSP Payroll Hours Summary report has been corrected to display total hours when accessed by all staff members accurately.
• The Medicaid Types Summary Report has been updated to properly reflect the correct dates from the Medicaid/PASSE tab.
• The error in the 'Missing Pay Schedule' report has been resolved, and the payer name now displays correctly instead of just the ID.
• The 'Private Pay Therapy Invoice' report, which can be accessed from the right-click menu under Patient Management, has been updated to include all charge types, not just therapy.
• The EIDT face sheet has been fixed to avoid incorrectly rounding up medication dosages.
• The DMS641 reports have been corrected so that the PCP name now appears in the "First Name Last Name" format.
• The Empower report has been updated to increase the units from 144 to 208, in accordance with the latest memo from Empower.
• A new column for "Treat Type" has been added to the ABA Service Recap report to indicate the treatment type used on the record, rather than just the billing code.

• Minor adjustments to the 'Meal Funding Type Summary Report (Detailed by Name CACFP)' so the data more closely matches the 'Meal Count Summary by Age' report.
• Recalibrated the 'Meal Count Monthly Report' to run more quickly (some clients noticed it was taking upwards of 30 min to run).
• Edited the therapist dashboard (desktop) so that records where a PA is due do not fall off after 30 or 45 days and instead stay on the dashboard until they are replaced.
• Created EIDT and ADDT 'enrollment recap' reports that show the number of clients receiving services over a date range.

  • ADDT path - Reports > Adult Reports > Attendance Reports > Enrollment Recap.
• Expanded the LEA code field on the Sites table to allow five digits instead of just four.
• Added the ability for OBH users to edit the billing code on a record during a check-in event.
• Modified the Empower 144 PA Units Report so it correctly calculates when there are multiple therapy notes for the same client on the same date.
• Improved the accuracy of total staff time calculation on the Home Care Supervision page.
