Lana joined the detaso team in 2024, bringing with her valuable experience in customer service, process development, and leadership. The opportunity to serve detaso clients and their staff felt like an answered prayer for her. She joined the Detaso team with the hope of making a positive impact on clients and helping them navigate the complex world of billing. Ensuring that clients understand how to use the detaso billing engine is a key focus of her training and discussions.

Lana and her husband, Casey, have two children. They enjoy spending time together outdoors, attending rodeos, and cheering at ball games.
